To help you ease into your training, we recommend beginning with one of our designated introductory class times:
- Children’s Classes (Under 13): Monday through Thursday at 5:00 PM
- Adult Mixed Martial Arts: Monday or Wednesday at 6:00 PM
- Adult Jiu-Jitsu: 6:00 PM
- Women’s Only Class: Friday at 5:00 PM
While we offer many additional classes—including morning sessions—these recommended times are the best way to start your journey with us.
