Women’s Only No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu – Fridays at 5PM

Every Friday at 5PM, our mats are reserved exclusively for women who want to train, grow, and challenge themselves in a focused and encouraging environment.

This is a No-Gi class, meaning you will train without the traditional kimono (gi). Training is done in athletic performance wear designed for movement, comfort, and safety.

Why Train in a Women’s Only Class?

  • Fundamental Jiu-Jitsu techniques
  • Real-world self-defense strategies
  • Improved strength, flexibility, and conditioning
  • Confidence under pressure
  • Supportive team atmosphere

Jiu-Jitsu is based on leverage and technique — not size or strength — making it one of the most empowering martial arts for women of all ages.

  • Fitted t-shirt, rash guard, or athletic top
  • No zippers, buttons, or pockets
