Women’s Only No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu – Fridays at 5PM
Every Friday at 5PM, our mats are reserved exclusively for women who want to train, grow, and challenge themselves in a focused and encouraging environment.
This is a No-Gi class, meaning you will train without the traditional kimono (gi). Training is done in athletic performance wear designed for movement, comfort, and safety.

What to Wear (No-Gi Attire)
- Athletic leggings or compression shorts
- Fitted t-shirt, rash guard, or athletic top
- No zippers, buttons, or pockets
- Clean athletic wear for hygiene and safety
Optional but Recommended:
- Sports bra with strong support
- Mouthguard
- Hair tied back securely
