Bring the whole family to our Sunday 1 PM MMA Wrestling & Self-Defense class—designed for all ages and fitness levels. This high-energy session builds strength, confidence, and real-world self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment.

You’ll work through dynamic warm-ups, wrestling fundamentals, controlled partner drills, and guided cool-downs. Families train together while still receiving age-appropriate and experience-based instruction. Drills focus on improving balance, coordination, and functional strength, including practical takedowns and safe escape techniques that can be applied in real-life situations.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing, bring water, and plan to arrive a few minutes early so you’re ready to step on the mat and train.
