🟥 Why You’re Wearing a Red Wrist Band 🟥
If you’re new here and wearing a red wrist band, we want you to know—it means something.
It doesn’t mean you don’t belong.
It means the exact opposite.
That band lets everyone in the room know:
- 👉 You’re new
- 👉 You took the first step
- 👉 You matter
In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the highest level is a red belt—a symbol of a lifetime of dedication. But nobody starts there. Every single person in this room started exactly where you are right now… on day one.
This band represents your beginning.
While you’re wearing it, our team knows:
- ✔ To introduce themselves
- ✔ To help you through drills
- ✔ To partner with you
- ✔ To make sure you feel welcome
And to our current students:
When you see a red wrist band, that’s your responsibility.
That’s your chance to:
- – Be a good training partner
- – Be encouraging
- – Be patient
- – Be the reason that person comes back
Because we all remember what it felt like to walk in for the first time.
At the end of your trial, if you decide to join, we’ll remove that band, you’ll keep it as a reminder of where your journey started.
🟥 This band means you’re not on the outside.
🟥 It means you’re stepping in.
Welcome to the beginning.
